What is green team dreams?

At Green Leaf Group, people are at the heart of everything we do. Green Team Dreams is a program designed to celebrate and invest in the lives of our team members across all branches—Greenscape, Environmental Enhancements, and every company in the Green Leaf family. Each month, one Green Team member is chosen to have a dream come true. These dreams can be big or small, but they are always meaningful—whether it’s a family trip, tickets to a special event, or something that makes life easier at home. The program exists for one reason: to honor your commitment and recognize your impact. Green Team Dreams is more than a gift; it’s how we live out our purpose: “Together we serve, support, and build outdoor places so that people can live their best lives—professionally, personally, and financially.”

How It Works

Each month, a Green Team member from across the Green Leaf Group family is nominated and selected to receive a dream. The program is open to all Green Team members, no matter your role, branch, or brand.

Dreams are shared across branches so that we celebrate together as one team, reinforcing that our strength comes from being united by our values and purpose.
