Raleigh, NC – September 11, 2026 – Green Leaf Group has acquired the commercial division of Tar Heel Landscape Enterprises, Inc., a Raleigh landscaping company that has served the Triangle since 1970. Tar Heel’s team has joined Greenscape, Inc., a Green Leaf Group company that has served the Triangle and surrounding markets for more than 45 years.
Over more than five decades, Tar Heel Landscape Enterprises built a strong reputation for quality work, personal service, and long-term client relationships. The acquisition brings together two companies with deep roots in the Triangle and a shared commitment to dependable service, strong relationships, and the communities they serve.
